Data handling
This page is a plain-language draft describing our actual current practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice and is pending formal legal review before it is treated as a binding policy.
Where data is collected
The only data-collection point on this public site is the contact and diagnostic form (used on the Contact page and on service pages). It asks for your name, work email, and a free-text description of your situation, with optional company name, job title, and organization size.
How a submission is handled
- Submissions are validated on the server before anything is stored.
- Submissions are checked for bot-like behavior using a hidden honeypot field and a minimum fill-time check.
- Submissions are rate-limited per email address.
- Accepted submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database.
- The consent text you agreed to, and its version, are recorded with your submission.
Trackers and analytics
No third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels are used on this public site.
Blog and insight content
Blog and insight articles are fetched from a WordPress content source for display. Visiting those pages does not submit any personal data.
