Over the years, I’ve worked closely with people – as a trainer, people manager, and HR professional – across different roles, industries, and cultures. One belief has consistently shaped my approach:
People — not processes or policies- build successful organisations.
While systems and structures matter, real growth comes from how people think, communicate, and show up at work.

My work is supported by a strong foundation in both practice and education.
I hold an MBA and certifications in Learning & Development, Compliance, and Organisational Practices. I continue to invest in my learning through programmes and platforms such as McKinsey & Company, Asana Academy, Dubai Future Foundation and others.
This blend of business understanding and people insight allows me to design learning experiences that are strategic, grounded, and impactful.
